The ARB Eldee Festival


Colouring in Competition - 15th April, 2022

Colouring in competitions to be completed by children on Friday afternoon, place on exhibits boards for judging.

Proposed Program

The proposed program for Friday, Saturday and Sunday is listed below and if you have any further questions please email us.

Friday (15th April) - Registration check in, meet and greet, communal fire

2.00pm - 3.00pm Colouring competition for kids
3.00pm - 5.00pm Friday afternoon Driver Registration and scrutineering and activities for the kids
6.00pm - 8.00pm Meet the Sponsors. Complimentary sweet and savoury platters and drinks are available for purchase from the bar in the licensed restaurant. Please note that the decking and Bar is a licensed area. No BYO into this area.
8.00pm - TBA. Adult supervision is required at all time for the children around the fire outside the Eldee Restaurant (weather permitting)

Saturday (16th April) - Day 1 Challenges, trivia, bonfire

7.00am - 8.00am Breakfast menu and takeaways available plus scrutineering for late arrivals
8.00am - 9.00am Map reading workshop with TBA
9.00am - 9.30am Drivers Briefing
10.30am - First challenge starts - 5 stages before lunch
12.30pm - 2.00pm Lunch
1.30pm - 3.30pm 3 stages after lunch
5.00pm - Complimentary Sunset tag along tour. You can also purchase a BBQ Dinner for your family and watch the sun set over the iconic Mundi Mundi Plains.
8.30pm - Monster bonfire in front of the restaurant and Trivia so you need to get your teams together and bring your fold up seat as well.

Sunday (17th April) - Day 2 Chocolate Hunt, Challenges, Presentation, Entertainment, Charity Auction and Fireworks

7.00am - 8.00am Breakfast menu and takeaways available
7.45am - Drivers Briefing
8.00am - Challenges start for Sunday morning with the Chocolate hunt for children
12.30pm - 1.30pm Lunch – Sausage sizzle to raise finds for the Childhood Cancer Association
1.00pm - 3.30pm Remote Control Car competition for the kids and Fishing Contest for everyone
4.00pm - Presentation for the event
6.00pm - Charity Auction for the Childhood Cancer Association. Live entertainment by Chrissie Murphy and highway 32. Fully catered optional Dinner.
9.00pm - A fantastic fireworks display.

Monday (18th April)- free access to 4 x 4 Tracks

7.30am - Drivers Briefing
7.45am - 5.00pm Complimentary access to the picturesque 4 x 4 tracks in the Southern Barrier Ranges and on the Mundi Mundi Plains on Eldee Station until 5pm

All participants and spectators attending the festival are bound by the policies and procedures of Eldee Station. Conditions apply to bookings, please refer to policies and conditions

Photographers and TV Camera Notice

There will be journalists, photographers, TV and Video camera filming at the ARB Eldee family Easter Event. This means that anyone attending the event may be filmed or photographed as well as the participants in the event.

1. you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be photographed and/or filmed and/or recorded and you give your irrevocable permission to be photographed and/or filmed and/or recorded.

2. you grant your irrevocable permission for your likeness, mannerisms and/or voice to be included in any content for such filming, photographs and/or recording (and edited) without compensation and/or credit, which content may be communicated and/or exploited in any and all media worldwide, whether existing or later invented, in all perpetuity.
