Booking Terms and Conditions

All bookings made will not be confirmed and held unconditionally until a deposit is received. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if a deposit is not received a week prior to arrival.

Please note that due to the nature of our business, we must adhere to the following schedule of loss in the event of a cancellation.

Should you need to cancel your reservation:
• 30 or more days before your scheduled arrival date - Full refund of deposit minus a 10% administration fee.

• 15-29 days before your scheduled arrival date - 50% of the deposit will be forfeited

• 8-14 days before your scheduled arrival date - 100% of the deposit will be forfeited

• 7 days or less before your scheduled arrival date - Full tariff will be charged"
