Nomination fees

All drivers must be licensed and drive a road registered 4WD to be able to participate in the event. The nomination fee this year will be $80.00 per vehicle. The nomination fees need to be paid in full as soon as possible as positions are filling quickly and you need to remember that only people staying at Eldee Station can participate in this very special event. So it is important to decide on your accommodation options and pay both your nomination and accommodations fees at the same time. You can do this by clicking here and sending us an email and we will return the necessary details for this to happen.

Registration

Driver registration will begin at 3.00pm and close by 5.30pm Friday (6 April, 2012) afternoon. It is important to do all of the paperwork which includes registering all intending drivers and completing the indeminity forms.

There will be two meal packages on offer over the easter weekend

There are several options for the Easter weekend where you can purchase a meal package or cater for yourself. The first package we have listed below is for all meals beginning on Friday night and finishing with Breakfast (Package 1f) and the second option is roast dinner and dessert only on Sunday night (Package 2f) as shown in the table Package below:
